I loved the convenience to the stores and pubs. Very close to the tube. Considering the busy feeling of the area the street where the hotel was located was pretty quiet. For a solo traveler as myself for just a brief stay, It was perfect and suited my needs very well. Maybe just maybe I was under the impression I was getting a better room on a different floor but really no complaints because I was there for just a very short visit, it was fine. Completely quiet and private. I would’ve liked to see more offerings for breakfast, maybe more than assortment of fruits and muffins and such. The reception area was very welcoming with coffee and tea service all day. I enjoyed hanging out in the reception area looking at my photos of the day and making my calls. The music was very pleasant. The reception area was very welcoming. Tatiana was especially helpful taking some photos of me since I am a solo traveler and wasn’t able to get nice pictures. She helped me out and was very sweet. There was an issue on my last night in town with an inoperable toilet luckily there are facilities on the main floor. Maintenance wasn’t scheduled in the evening so very luckily there were facilities on the main floor for my use. It would’ve been nice to be shown to my room when I checked in I’m not savvy with the way some hotels work and I couldn’t see how to turn the lights on. Apparently, you have to insert this card into a reader, but I had to go down to the lobby to ask them for help my point is that upon checking in, someone should have really brought me through the place to show me around. That would’ve been a really nice touch. It wouldn’t hurt to leave a box of tissues in the room also.

Amazing cozy hotel in a good location (20 mins walking distance to the Olympia exhibition centre, which was my go to destination during this business trip), super friendly and helpful staff, the room was spacious and comfy, very clean and well equipped. I had free tea in the room, also a free bottle of water each day. The towels smelled so good, it is rather an exception during my travels around the world, so this really made me happy. Breakfast was simple but nice, I liked the coffee. Super great value for the money, I was really happy and satisfied with this hotel and will definitely come back once again in London. Higly recommend.

The location is excellent, with Earl's Court station just around the corner, and the area is nice, with small restaurants and shops. Perfect for activities in central London and also for travelling to and from Heathrow airport. The breakfast was good, with a varied selection of food on offer, the premises were clean and well looked after. My room was clean and comfortable, but small (a fact more than a problem), the bathroom was well cleaned and seemed recently renovated, with a good supply of toiletries and a hair dryer.

We booked two single bed rooms and they put us side by side with a connecting door between the rooms. During check-in they made sure that it is ok for us and also asked if the door should be locked or unlocked. The location of the hotel was perfect, not to central, but so close, that we could easily reach it from Heathrow Airport, aswell as taking three different lines to the city from Earl's Court. The rooms were bigger than expected.
